Resolve Delivery Lead/Sprint Technician.
Q3. Name a song that makes you happy?
Tiny Dancer- Elton John.
Q4. Favourite food/meal?
Ham and pineapple pizza.
Q5. The best thing about working at Forth?
Working flexibility and understanding.
Q6. A person or an event in your life that has had the most positive impact on you?
Recently re establishing a friendship with an old secondary school teacher/ head of year that I had a lot of respect for as a teacher at the age of 14 or 15. He was still able to give me advice I didn’t know I needed in my working life. It massively hit home how influential you can be over such a short period of time, if applied right and you project yourself in the best way possible.
Q7. Your favourite quote?
Fall seven times, stand up eight.
Q8. Who are your dream celebrity dinner guests?
Joe Rogan; he just has an understanding of life. Louis Theroux because I think there is nothing you couldn’t learn for this man, and he is the best journalist of our generation who gives you a real understanding of people, and Tony Robbins – if you are able to learn one thing from him you will be more successful than yesterday.
Q9. Outside of work, what do you enjoy doing?
Going to the gym. I have had some pretty nasty injuries and setbacks this year, but I’m currently in the best shape I have ever been and hope to get on stage for my first bodybuilding competition in 2025.

Oh yes pineapple belongs on pizza.
